Die Zeitschrift "Clinical Laboratory" ist das offizielle Mitteilungsblatt der BNLD. Sie wird seit 2004 ausschließlich in englischer Sprache publiziert, enthält jedoch u.a. die Mitteilungen der BNLD in einem separaten Teil in deutscher Sprache.

"Clinical Laboratory" is a peer-reviewed journal for clinical laboratories and laboratories related to blood transfusion and publishes original papers, reviews, posters and reports dealing with the implementation and significance of diagnostic laboratory methods.
